All other references to the T3X Global Trading Platform, the website, and the T3X Global Mobile App (if applicable) are considered equivalent. Affiliate Payments:
Affiliate Payments are not fixed to a specific amount and depend on the total trading activity of the Affiliates on the T3X Global Trading Platform.

After three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the registration of the Referred Trader, the Affiliate Payments for that Referred Trader will be calculated using a decreasing coefficient according to the table below:

Statistics
The calculations of Partner T3X and Referral Payments are made online via bank transfer in the "Payments" section of the Partner T3X personal account.
Referral Payments The Referral Fee is 5% of the Referred Trader’s earnings.
Verification Partner T3X Payments are accumulated after verification by the Advertiser. Traffic and events detected by the Advertiser as post-attribution fraud will be deducted from the Partner T3X’s payment amount.
Payment Procedure The Company processes the accumulated Partner T3X and Referral Payments based on the available revenue share week. The Partner T3X has the right to submit a withdrawal request to receive early compensation. The Company reserves the right to deny early payment or to make a decision within two (2) business days from the date of receipt of the early payment request for the Partner T3X or Referral Payment.
Other Conditions The Company and the Advertiser reserve the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of the Offer.
Terms and Conditions
Terminology For the purposes of this Offer, the terms used herein shall have the following meanings:
Advertiser’s IP Objects are the following intellectual property objects owned by the Advertiser:
the registered trademark of T3X Global;
the domain name, as well as any other domain names containing the word "T3X" in uppercase or lowercase;
the website interface and the web pages at.
Active Affiliate is an Affiliate who has referred at least three (3) Referred Traders to the T3X Global Trading Platform in the past one (1) month, or at least five (5) Referrals to the Affiliate Program in the past six (6) months.
Referred Trader is a Trader who was redirected to the affiliate website at partner.t3globalx.com/login. A user is considered a Referred Trader upon registering on the T3X Global Trading Platform through the Affiliate Link.
T3X Global Trading Platform is a computer system used by the Advertiser to provide its services.
The T3X Global Trading Platform can be accessed through the website.
A Trader is a user who has successfully registered an account on the T3X Global Trading Platform. For the purposes of this Offer, any user whose registration has not been completed or has been canceled at any time and for any reason by the Advertiser is not considered a Trader.
The Trader ID is an identifier assigned to the Trader by the T3X Global Trading Platform, which confirms the relationship between the Trader and the Affiliate.
The above terms shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
2. General Provisions
2.1. By accepting the Offer, the Affiliate agrees to the T3X Global Communication Policy, which governs all communications related to the T3X Global Trading Platform and applies to all types of advertising materials about the T3X Global Trading Platform published on the Internet by the Affiliate.
2.2. Traders and Referred Traders are always considered clients of the Advertiser, who is the sole and exclusive owner of the Trader contact database. The Affiliate is not entitled to contact any Trader or Referred Trader without the written approval of the Advertiser. If such approval is granted by the Advertiser but it is later found that the Affiliate’s contact with the Trader is against the interests of the Advertiser and/or the Company, the Advertiser shall have the right to revoke such approval, terminate the Offer unilaterally, and the Company shall have the right to withhold any and all Affiliate and/or Referral Payments due under the Offer.
2.3. Affiliate and Referral Payments will be made only if at least five (5) Referred Traders have been registered on the T3X Global Trading Platform, the number of First Deposits made by those Referred Traders on the T3X Global Trading Platform is no less than five (5), and the Affiliate's Balance at the time of payment is at least ten (10) US dollars. At the same time, the Company and the Advertiser reserve the right, at their discretion, to change the minimum thresholds specified for making Affiliate and/or Referral Payments, as well as the payment periods.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel Affiliate and/or Referral Payments if the Affiliate is not an Active Affiliate.
2.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse Affiliate and/or Referral Payments if a Referred Trader fails the verification process of the T3X Global Trading Platform, or if the results of such verification are subsequently invalidated for any reason.
2.6. The Company may evaluate the revenue input generated by the Affiliate’s referrals in either a positive or negative manner, depending on the trading model, risk behavior, bonuses granted, chargebacks, fraud, or other operational adjustments. The commission calculation will be based on the net revenue share determined after such adjustments, according to the Company’s internal criteria, which may change without prior notice. By accepting this agreement, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to this method of calculation. 2.7. Traffic originating from countries (territories) listed in the List of Prohibited Countries (Territories) (Appendix 1) will not be considered by the Company in the calculation of Affiliate and/or Referral Payments. Furthermore, the T3X Global Trading Platform and any of its services are not intended for or offered to residents of Brazil. The Company and the Advertiser do not advertise the T3X Global Trading Platform or any of its services in Brazil or to users residing in Brazil, and no content on the Partner T3X website may be interpreted otherwise. By accepting this Offer, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the restrictions outlined herein, committing not to promote the T3X Global Trading Platform in Brazil and not to refer clients residing in Brazil to it.
2.8. From the moment this Offer is terminated, the Company shall no longer accumulate Affiliate and/or Referral Payments for new Referred Traders. At the same time, the Company shall continue to pay Affiliate and/or Referral Payments to the Affiliate for previously registered Referred Traders and Referred Affiliates for a period of three (3) months from the date of termination of the Offer, provided that the termination was not based on subclauses (III), (IV) of Clause 3.2 of this Offer, or any subclauses of Clause 8.5 of the Affiliate Agreement.
3. Affiliate Rights and Obligations
3.1. Under no circumstances shall the Company or the Advertiser grant the Affiliate any additional rights or privileges to support Referred Traders.
3.2. The Affiliate shall not: (I) use the provided Affiliate Link to register as a Referred Trader; (II) manage the accounts of Traders and/or Referred Traders on the T3X Global Trading Platform; (III) target advertisements for the T3X Global Trading Platform at individuals under the age of 18 or below the legal age in the country where potential Traders reside; (IV) advertise the T3X Global Trading Platform on websites located in the countries listed in the List of Prohibited Countries (Territories) (Appendix 1); (V) advertise or promote services of the Affiliate and/or other individuals and/or companies that are not Advertisers on the Site, which are similar to or compete with the Advertiser’s Services, including through online systems, apps, or other platforms offering products or services comparable to those provided by the Advertiser; (VI) register a Trading Account using their own Affiliate Link.
4. Liability and Warranties
4.1. In the event that, during the Company’s investigation, any offers of direct or indirect sharing of Affiliate or Referral Payments with Referred Trader(s) are detected—regardless of the amount of damage caused—the Company reserves the right to suspend the Affiliate’s Account without processing any Affiliate and/or Referral Payments, and to use other protective measures.
4.2. The Company and/or the Advertiser shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by the Affiliate as a result of force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to, the introduction of (or changes in) market and/or currency regulations and the suspension of exchange trading.
4.3. The Affiliate warrants the following:
• Compensation for any damages and indemnification of the Company, as well as its directors, shareholders, subsidiaries, employees, or agents, against any liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from the activities of the Affiliate, Referred Traders, and/or the Affiliate’s Referrals. The Company reserves the right to deduct such reimbursement from the Affiliate and/or Referral Payments if there are grounds for such recovery;
• Compensation for any damages and indemnification of the Advertiser, as well as its directors, shareholders, subsidiaries, employees, or agents, against any liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from the activities of the Affiliate, Referred Traders, and/or the Affiliate’s Referrals. The Company reserves the right to deduct such reimbursement from the Affiliate and/or Referral Payments if there are grounds for such recovery.
