This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Visfh Corp LLC regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information (including personal data) when using the T3X Global Trading Platform through the website t3x.global (hereinafter the "Site"), and/or other Our Services, and informs You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. All other references to the Site and the T3X Global Mobile Application are equivalent. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the T3X Global Terms and Conditions. We take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data You provide. We recommend that You read this Privacy Policy carefully. By registering on the Site, You fully and unconditionally agree to the terms of this document.
Interpretation and Definitions Interpretation Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined according to the following definitions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
"Cookies" are small files placed on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website, containing details of Your browsing history on that site.
"You" means the individual accessing or using the Trading Platform. Any other terms are interpreted according to the T3X Global Client Agreement.
Information You Provide to Us 1.1. Like most websites, we use cookies. Some Cookies are necessary for the Site to function and are used without Your additional permission. These files include the following: a) Cookies necessary to identify the source from which the transition to the Site was made; b) Cookies containing Your session ID on the Site.
We also collect and process data about Your device, including IP address (Internet Protocol address), browser type, browser version, browser settings (hereinafter "Usage Data").
1.2. When registering on the Site, we ask You to provide Your email address. In the future, You have the option to enter Your first and last name, date of birth, gender, phone number, and country in Your Personal Account on the Site.
1.3. Payment System Providers process this information during the period You use the Company’s services and delete it upon achieving their processing goals, unless the law requires or allows a longer retention period for such personal data. A prerequisite for our cooperation with Payment System Providers is that they comply with personal data protection law requirements.
1.5. As part of verification, we require You to provide:
a photograph of Your passport or identity card;
a photograph of Your bank cards/screenshots of Your e-wallet;
a photograph of You holding the documents specified above.
To comply with laws aimed at combating the legalization of illegally obtained funds, the Company may require You to submit additional documents, such as:
a utility bill;
a bank reference letter;
a bank statement letter;
documents proving the origin of Your assets/funds (e.g., employment agreement, property sale agreement, loan agreement, inheritance certificate);
a second identity document.

1.6. We collect and store data about Your financial activity and other actions on the Trading Platform, as well as information contained in web server reports (including interface language, browser type, and date and time of the last visit).
1.7. If You become a winner in Our promotions, we may ask You to provide Your full name, address, and phone number so we can send You Your prize.
1.8. From time to time, we may ask You to complete questionnaires to improve Our service quality, for statistical purposes, or to comply with applicable laws. Occasionally, when filling out a form, we will ask You to provide Your name and email address.
1.9. At any time, We may send gifts or promotional giveaways to promote Our services. In these cases, You will be asked to provide Your full name, address, and phone number.
1.10. When contacting the Company’s Support Service, we ask You to include Your first name, last name, and email address.
1.11. To comply with international legislation aimed at combating money laundering from criminal activities (Anti-Money Laundering Laws), and adhering to the KYC (Know Your Customer) principle, we have the right to request other information and data as established by law, including information about the sources of Your income.
We collect and process Your personal data only in the following situations: i) when necessary to conclude the service agreement (Client Agreement) according to Your request and its subsequent execution; or ii) when You have given us Your consent to collect and process such data, including through acceptance of the terms of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy when registering on the Site; or iii) when such collection and processing are required to comply with applicable law; or iv) when such collection and processing are in Our legitimate interest, although We always strive to balance Our legitimate interests with the confidentiality of Your personal data.
Please note that in most cases, if You do not provide the necessary information, we will not be able to provide You with the requested service.
2. How We Use the Information You Provide 2.1. The information we receive about You allows us to provide quality services, develop Our existing services, and create new ones. 2.2. Data obtained about You through cookies and similar tools ensure the Site’s functionality and improve the quality of the services provided. 2.3. Data collected when visiting the Site is necessary for the operation of the Trading Platform and its subsequent analysis, as well as to provide You with information in the most convenient way. For example, this data allows determining the appropriate language of the Trading Platform user interface and the account currency. 2.4. Data provided during registration and verification (including first name, last name, middle name (if any), gender, date of birth, nationality, and email address) is used so that we can contact You and provide the most accurate and personalized information. 2.5. For Your convenience, we retain the information You provide when funding Your Account on the Trading Platform and auto-fill it during subsequent deposits (except for Your bank card number, expiration date, service code, and security-related information). Thus, You do not need to enter data again. If this information changes, we update it and delete the old data. Also, data obtained during verification (including information from Your banking documents) is necessary to ensure the legality and security of services provided by the Company. 2.6. Information about Your financial activity and other activities on the Trading Platform, as well as information from web server reports, is used to protect Your funds and prevent scammers or fraudsters from accessing Your Account. 2.7. We may use the information You provide, including Your name, email address, and phone number, to send system notifications and advertising materials via phone calls, text messages, and other methods permitted by applicable law. You have the right to unsubscribe from the Company’s email list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in a Company email, disabling the corresponding option in Your Personal Account on the Site, or contacting the Company’s Support Service. You also have the right to unsubscribe from calls and text messages at any time by contacting the Support Service. We are committed to promptly responding to Your request to unsubscribe from all types of emails (except transactional notifications), as well as to not receive calls and text messages. 2.8. From time to time, we may send email notifications about changes in the Site operation or service terms. 2.9. Additionally, we need Your data to personalize Site content and show You relevant advertising. 2.10. Data You provide when contacting the Company is necessary to establish the circumstances of Your request and provide a complete response as soon as possible. If we need to use the information provided for other purposes, we will always request Your consent. In the event of automated processing of Your personal data, we guarantee that such processing will have no impact on You. 3. Retention of Your Personal Data We will retain Your personal data (including Google user data or Facebook user data) only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your personal data as necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and legal policies. Any personal data we process for any purpose(s) should not be kept longer than necessary for that purpose(s). 4. Your Rights 4.1. Your main rights regarding Your personal data are as follows: (a) The right of access This allows You to receive a copy of the personal data We hold about You; (b) The right to rectification/correction This allows You to correct any incomplete or inaccurate data We hold about You; however, We may need to verify the accuracy of new data You provide; (c) The right to erasure This allows You to ask Us to delete or remove Your personal data when there is no good reason for Us to continue processing it; (d) The right to restrict or object to processing This allows You to initiate suspension of processing Your personal data; (e) The right to withdraw consent However, this will not affect the legality of any processing carried out before You withdraw Your consent.

Please note that Your right to require Us to suspend or stop processing Your personal data and/or delete it is not absolute and may be limited by applicable law, including (but not limited to) AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) legislation requirements. Also, exercising this right may, in some cases, serve as grounds for terminating Our service provision to You.
5. Transfer of Your Personal Data 5.1. Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside your city, state, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. 5.2. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by the submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. 5.3. The Company will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and that no transfer of your personal data occurs to any organization or country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.
6. Disclosure of Your Personal Data 6.1. Your personal data may be disclosed for the following purposes: Business Transactions If Visfh Corp LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred. In such cases, we will notify you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law Enforcement Under certain circumstances, Visfh Corp LLC may have to disclose your personal data if required by applicable law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (such as a court or government agency).
Other Legal Requirements Visfh Corp LLC may disclose your personal data in good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
comply with a legal obligation; and/or
protect and defend the rights or property of Visfh Corp LLC; and/or
prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing related to the use of the T3X Global Trading Platform (t3x.global); and/or
protect the personal safety of our clients; and/or
protect against legal liability.
7. Information We Provide to Third Parties
7.1. We do not share Your personal data with third parties who are not affiliated with Your activity on the Site.
7.2. Third parties to whom we may transfer Your personal data process it on Our behalf and strictly in accordance with Our requirements, instructions, and this Privacy Policy. These third parties may include:
a limited number of Our employees and employees of Our affiliates;
professional auditors;
professional dispute resolution organizations;
payment systems;
Payment System Providers;
verification service providers;
service providers that significantly impact the performance and operation of the T3X Global Trading Platform.
7.3. For promotional purposes and statistical generation, we provide information that does not contain Your personal data to the following:
Google Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and monitors website traffic. Google uses the collected data to track and monitor the use of Our service. This data is shared with other Google services, which may also use the data to contextualize and personalize ads on their own advertising network. More information:
7.4. CloudFlare CloudFlare is a cloud service for transferring and storing information, including Your personal data. Additionally, this information is hosted on servers located in countries of the European Union and the United States. More information:
7.5. If You become a winner in T3X Global promotions, we may provide Your full name, address, and phone number to our partners and/or delivery services for prize shipment.
7.6. We may also provide this same information (name, address, and phone number) for the shipment of gifts or promotional items.
7.7. We may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Although the level of protection may vary, T3X Global’s partners in these regions are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and protection of the data. In the event of a merger or acquisition, the data may be transferred to new partners, maintaining confidentiality.
7.8. With Your prior consent, we may provide information to companies, organizations, or individuals not listed in this Privacy Policy.
8. Protection of Technical Information 8.1. To ensure the security of the information You provide, we have implemented special rules and technical measures to protect it. 8.2. We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption system for transmitted data. In this way, all operations carried out on the T3X Global website (t3x.global) are well protected.
9. Passwords 9.1. When registering on the site, You specify your email address and set Your own password for Your Account. 9.2. Visfh Corp LLC, operator of T3X Global, has no right to make changes to this data and cannot be held responsible for how You maintain its confidentiality. 9.3. We request that You immediately report any unauthorized or suspicious activity related to the use of Your Account.
10. Use of Our Services by Minors 10.1. The Site is an open resource but is not intended for use by individuals who are minors under the applicable law. 10.2. If we become aware that a minor has provided or attempted to provide their personal information to register on the Site, we will delete such information from the Company's servers.
11. Amendments 11.1. From time to time, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy, but the content of such changes will never limit Your rights regarding Your personal data beyond what is established by applicable law. 11.2. If there are changes, they will take effect from the moment the revised text of the Privacy Policy is published on the Site, unless a different effective date is specified. We will inform You of such changes by email. 11.3. If You do not agree with the amended version of the Privacy Policy, we ask that You stop using the Site and block Your Account through the interface or by contacting Our Support Service using the contact details listed in the T3X Global Terms and Conditions, after having withdrawn funds from Your Trading Platform Account. 11.4. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of this Privacy Policy and the text in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
